Fluent integrations as the first thought.
Built so every system can talk to the credential. Not bolted on after the fact.
Example: instead of HR → access, HR → dining, HR → library — one CardSync connection replaces every point-to-point thread.
CardSync issues, replaces, suspends, and revokes credentials — then propagates every event to every system that depends on them. Infrastructure, not an application.
Most platforms try to do many things, shallowly. CardSync does one thing, all the way down. Every credential, in every connected system, kept in sync — event-driven, and as close to real time as every partner allows.
That focus is the foundation. It’s what lets you pick the wallets, credential managers, and ID systems that fit your stack today — and swap any of them later without rebuilding the rest.
Built so every system can talk to the credential. Not bolted on after the fact.
Example: instead of HR → access, HR → dining, HR → library — one CardSync connection replaces every point-to-point thread.
An event from any authoritative system fires in real time. Every connected platform receives the truth in the same moment.
Example: HR marks someone retired. Their credential is unlinked everywhere — in the same moment.
Configure the hierarchy once: who can suspend, who can release, who can override what. CardSync turns it into a hard boundary no system can cross.
Example: Public Safety places a credential on hold. The library can’t reactivate it. Only Public Safety can release.
Mobile IDs, traditional ID systems, biometrics — every credential source flows into CardSync. Managed centrally, secured by policy, and communicated out to every system that needs them.
Example: a mobile ID is issued and a biometric is enrolled for the same person. CardSync ties them together and tells access, dining, and parking — instantly.
Wallet providers, credential managers, access platforms — your choice. Switch a partner later, or add a new category entirely, without rebuilding the rest.
Example: trade one mobile wallet for another, or wire in a new PACS partner. The rest of your stack keeps running, untouched.
When Public Safety suspends a credential in their native software, CardSync receives that event and propagates the suspension to every connected system. No other system can override that suspension until Public Safety releases it. Public Safety never opens FutureState software — CardSync enforces the rule.
Route an event to a named domain — PACS + Parking, academic, all — or assemble a custom set on the fly from the upstream source or from CardPulse.
SEOS, PROX, magstripe — each technology on a single card has its own identifier and lifecycle. Issue, suspend, or revoke one without touching the others.
Real-Time Crime Centers, card offices, public safety case management — all can initiate credential events through CardSync without ever opening a FutureState product.
CardSync was incubated and is live at the University of Arizona.
See how CardSync connects to the systems you already run — and ends manual reconciliation for good.
